About the family

Back in 1976, Anva, Nathan(Ohn) and their newborn baby were looking for a nice place to build their home and raise a family. They fell in love with Amirim and the fifth property on the right and have been living there since.

Anva became an Occupational and Biofeedback Therapist later she studies handwriting analysis as well as psychophysiology and bio-psychology. she combines it with EMDR therapy and also gives counseling regarding healthy nutrition and prevention of illness. Ohn is an Architect, who started the neverending development of the property, with an emphasis on passive solar design. Fruit and other trees were planted, flowers were seeded to decorate the stonewalls, vines and passionfruit were hung to shadow over the yellow stoned floor. The number of family members was growing and with it, the size of the house. Then, when there was nothing else left to develop, the first guesthouses were built, so guests can come and enjoy what we take for granted - Amirim's atmosphere, natural vegetarian living, the view, the clean air, the area, the silence, and all night movie marathons... The children are fourth generation vegetarians(!) and their names are OfeK, Elifal, Bee'ri, Eshed and Agam.
