Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: For summer and holiday seasons bookings, there will be no cancellation fee if the cancellation is done 21 days before arrival date. For regular weekends - 12 days before arrival date. For regular weekdays - 8 days before arrival date. If cancellation occurs after this time, the fee will be 50% of the reservations’ cost. In the event of a cancellation 36 hours or less before arrival time, the entire cost of the booking will be charged. In any event of cancellation – 100 NIS – handling fee – will be charged.
