Spacious two-story wooden cottage, with wood floor and porcelain tiles, for one or two couples or a large family. On the ground floor is the living-room, with its corner sofa that converts to a double bed for a child or two, or another couple, with a sliding door for privacy. The living room has a Home Theater TV System and an AC system with independent heating or cooling. and a clothes closet. The dining area and kitchenette adjacent to the living-room also have an independent heating and cooling system. There is a roomy bathroom with both an interior double jacuzzi as well as a stand-up jacuzzi jet shower and a WC. The upper high-ceilinged and wooden floor story has a parents bedroom with a private shower room, a TV system, AC system with independent heating/cooling, and another clothes closet. Next to it is another open bedroom with two double-decker bunk beds, and a deep-set ''French window'' in which an additional mattress may be inserted. Here too there is an independent AC heating/cooling system. The cottage's private yard, encircled by a stone wall, has a garden, fruit trees, a seating area, and an exterior double jacuzzi under a wooden roof.

Diplomats and tourists who enter the country on a foreign passport and possess a tourist's short-term entry permit, may enjoy a discounted VAT-free rate (16%).
